Upo ( white squash ) |
Ingredients:
2 pcs. Upo ( white squash ) peeled and cubes
½ lb pork ( cut into cubes )
1 whole onion ( chopped )
4 garlic cloves minced
2 roma tomatoes ( diced)
2 tbsp patis ( fish sauce )
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
In a sauce pan sauté onion, garlic and tomatoes. Add the
pork ,cook it until golden brown.
Add the upo, when it
becomes translucent it means it is cooked. Add some patis and salt and pepper
to taste. Then serve.
Note: no need to add water coz the UPO will extract water enough for the sauce.
